Natasha Facci

Natasha is a facilitator and transformational change coach. She helps executives and aspiring leaders unleash their own resourcefulness, resilience and true potential by being, thinking and doing things differently. She assists her clients to reframe their beliefs and decisions, find their purpose and passion and lead with courage and authenticity.

Natasha decided to move into the world of consulting after a successful People & Culture Leadership career in the corporate world. Over 23 years, she worked across multiple industries including, Retail, Transport, Tertiary Education, Government, Software & Technology, Telecommunications, Government Business Enterprise, Banking & Finance, Hospitality, Manufacturing & Construction, Member Associations and Natural Resources.

An innovative and commercial HR/OD leader, Natasha has specialised in HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Culture & Change and Transformation to enhance strategic delivery and capability. She builds deep relationships through her enquiring and empathetic approach and prides herself on being ethical, authentic and values-driven.

In her downtime, Natasha loves to catch up with her family and friends, enjoy the Arts and explore local culture as she travels the world. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Canterbury and a foundation member for the Jericho Children’s Project which focuses on providing education to children from impoverished backgrounds in Jericho, Palestine.

Natasha has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Certificate in Counselling 1,2 & 3, is a Certified Master NLP/Timeline Practitioner & Coach, High Performance Coach, IECL Executive Coach, Innovation culture coach with Genos Emotional Intelligence, Connective Intelligence GLI/OGI & Human Synergistics LSI/GSI accreditations, AHRI Certified HR Practitioner, Institute of Managers & Leaders Fellow, AICD Member with ICF PCC pending.

Steve Wylie

Steve is a multidimensional IT and Operations senior executive with a proven success record of doing more with less, leading major change, and revitalising stagnant organisations.

He is an experienced mentor and executive coach and has been a sessional lecturer at Swinburne’s School of innovation.

He has over thirty years’ experience within technology and operations leadership, across the technology, financial services, government and health sectors. His roles have included Acting CIO for the Government of Victoria, Head of Technology for the National Australia Bank and COO Rabobank Ireland.

Recent experience includes advising maturing technology start-ups and providing senior executive leadership development as part of a global advisory firm. 

In his downtime, Steve enjoys catching up with friends and family over a game of golf and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Canterbury.

Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Graduate Diploma of Banking and Finance, and has been part of the Australia New Zealand School of Government Executive Fellows Program. He has certifications in Pearman Personality Integrator, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i2.0 and EQ360.

Siân Stephens

Siân has over 20 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation and has worked in the UK, Europe, Russia the UAE and Australia.  

Siân enjoys helping her client’s identity and change workplace behaviours that are blocking success. She incorporates sustainable change that leads to stronger working relationships between teams, managers, leaders and best practices for a cost efficient effective high performing business.

She is passionate and driven to support SME businesses and the people within them to understand and appreciate their value, build a path to achieving their greatest potential, communicate in an effective and empathic manner and create a business culture that will add impact and value

Siân is actively engaged in supporting her community, notably providing Volunteer services for Girl Guides Victoria and the Melbourne Business Network and is a volunteer mentor for the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia New Zealand, Business in Heels and the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Alan Colvin

Alan is a practical and pragmatic HR Executive with a passion for the power that proper People Management and Leadership can deliver to an organisation. Alan knows the importance of engaging employees as he was the HR Director when Hewlett-Packard Australia won the inaugural Best Place to Work in Australia in 2000. 

Alan began his career in Finance and Administration at HP, which included two stints in the USA. This provided him with a grounding in business financials plus the disciplines needed to do people management well. Alan’s career then transitioned into HR on the strength of the strong employee opinion scores delivered whilst managing the HP Australia Support F&A team of 70 people.  

He joined Telstra as a HR Director in 2002 and gained broad HR experience by supporting a variety of Business Units. In the decade Alan spent at Telstra, his achievements were in changing the culture, sharpening performance management, increasing employee engagement scores and building bench strength through talent management across the Business Units he supported.

Over his career Alan has facilitated a number of courses to emphasise the importance of values, culture and the basics of people management and leadership. Some of which include Business Partnering, HR Consulting, and Performance Management, Difficult Conversations, Presentation Skills, Managing Vendor Partnerships, Leading Change, Service Excellence, Time Management and Productivity and Respect (anti-bullying, discrimination, harassment) courses.

Alan has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is a CPHR (Certified Practising HR professional) through AHRI.

Janet Sernack

Janet brings over 32 years of consulting experience in culture development, change management, leadership and innovation learning interventions from some of Australasia’s and Israel’s top 100 companies.  

She works with organisations, leaders, teams and coaches to develop future fitness to enable the delivery of their growth goals and purposeful change by generating mindset and behaviour shifts, building capability and unblock barriers to adapt, drive change and innovation and unlock people’s innovation potential and collective genius to be, think, and do things differently.

Janet is a Fellow at the Institute of Managers and Leaders, an ICF PCC executive coach, a Certified Coach for Innovators, an award-winning global blogger and presenter of the ICF CCE Coach for Innovators Certified Program. She is a sought-out speaker at global conferences on innovation coaching, culture and leadership.

In 2010 she moved to the Middle East and joined the Start-Up Revolution and now lives in lovely Bayside Melbourne, Australia.

Chris Gildersleeve

Chris has more than 30 years of leadership experience developed in leading global organisations in the industrial service, manufacturing, and mining sectors that have been characterized by facilitating complex change, effectiveness consulting, leadership capability and mindset coaching, and transformational and engaging leadership. 

Chris brings to his work scaffolding purposeful change with individuals, systems, and organisations a unique blend of coaching psychology, positive psychology interventions, analysis of complex adaptive systems, strengths coaching, design thinking, and validated psychometric instruments. This unique mix is coupled with extensive experience in the design, implementation and facilitation of adult development experiences that utilise play, experiential, action and adult learning blended processes to effect mindset and behavioural change.

Chris has Master’s degrees in Applied Positive Psychology, Applied Science (Coaching Psychology) and Business (HRM). He is certified as an ICF – PC Coach, Innovation Coach, Harrison Assessments, Genos EI Survey, Hogan Inventories, OGI/GLI, Strengths Profile (CAPP), Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ48 – AGR International), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli and Bakker), and Positive Practices Survey (Cameron).

Adam Le Good

Adam is a facilitator and consultant with over 25 years experience. Over that time, he has developed and conducted a wide variety of management and personal development programs for a broad cross section of clients.

He uses practical applications of management principles and theory combined with an engaging and theatrical style to ensure that participants enjoy their learning experience and are able to translate their newly acquired skills to the workplace.

As well as a degree in Psychology, Adam has completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, an Advanced Train the Trainer, a Creative Training Techniques workshop and a Diploma of Management. He is currently in the pilot group and part of the administrative team for the new Certificate IV in Learning Design and Facilitation.

As an avid student of human behaviour, he is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I and Step II), the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, the Team Management Systems, DISC Advanced, the Belbin Team Roles, CCS Cards and Collaborizza.

Adam is a board member of the Institute for Learning and Performance (ILP), and a member of the Australian Association of Psychological Type (AUSAPT) and the Victorian Chamber of Commerce.

In his downtime, Adam enjoys catching up with family and friends and is an avid photographer and is the Vice President of the Knox camera Club.

Maria Georgaki

Maria is a strategic consultant, leadership coach and facilitator with over 25 years of international experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development.  Gained across corporate and consulting environments with a focus in construction and engineering, technology, public sectors, financial and insurance services, retail, hospitality, media and market research. 

Maria has led teams and projects in the areas of culture and change management, talent and leadership development, performance management and rewards.

She is a facilitator of leadership, soft skills and HR related programs and has effectively trained coached and mentored leaders at the level of functional VP, Directors, Country Managers, Functional Heads, Line Managers, talents, and new leaders. 

Her passion is to inspire others to believe and progress in their development so that they can find happiness and achieve excellence. She supports organisations and leaders in transitioning into a new mindset. Maria enables leaders and teams to develop behaviors, skills, competencies through a safe and trusting environment and challenges them to achieve higher goals. Her key focus is to create learning, advocate self-awareness, build relationships, trust, listen with empathy and be present.  

Maria is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.

Adam Swiatowy

With over 17 years of industry experience and  specialisation in the international education space, Adam’s passion is facilitating interesting and energising workshops designed to develop emerging leaders and stimulate innovation in the workplace. He holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, an MBA, is a certified coach for innovators and is accredited in the OGI and GLI from Connective Intelligence.
