About our Founder
Ever since I can remember, I’ve always had a curious streak, which is code for, “I ask a lot of questions.” I have always been keen to understand what motivates people and what gets in the way of living a life they love, including my own.
We all have our stories and experiences which have shaped us and I have many. One that is not dissimilar to many of my clients, is when I was living a life in constant stress, where there was only one switch “ON”. This often meant regularly working weekends and long hours during the week, whilst juggling multiple projects. I was in a constant state of exhaustion, trying to prove my worth to those around me, and to myself. It ended in burnout and 3 months of unpaid leave to recover. There had to be a better way.
This is where my passion for empowering people to live their best lives with authenticity, clarity, passion and purpose arose.
So how would I describe myself now? I’m far from perfect and always learning. I love my life and those in it.
